“Love is a Battlefield” post-Valentine’s Day dinner

$50/ticket for a delicious dinner with rare VANDAL wines from New Zealand: Resistance, Militia, and Combat Rouge – wine blends that you’ve never had before made by 3 anonymous wine makers – paired with a delicious dinner by QP friend and talented cook Chevon Wilborn! Pairing will be led by our partner at Imperial Beverage Company.
1) RESISTANCE: appetizer course will include smoked salmon and sardines paired with Vandal “Gonzo Resistance” Sauvignon Blanc grapes with carbonic wild fermentation.
2) MILITIA: pasta course will include chicken paired with Vandal “Gonzo Militia” dry rosé blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Syrah, Riesling, Chardonnay, and Tempranillo grapes.
3) COMBAT ROUGE: entree course will include steak paired with Vandal “Gonzo Combat Rouge” red blend of Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, and Viognier grapes.
4) TAWNY TOUGH: dessert course will include chocolate paired with a Portuguese tawny port.
