Mead isn’t wine or beer – it’s alcohol made from fermented honey! Led by our partner at Eagle Eye Distributors, we will have 3 meads from Slovakia and 1 from Ireland for you to try that will tickle your tastebuds. To enhance the flavor of the meads, we will pair each one with a savory cheese and cured meat or pâté which is a spread of finely-chopped or pureed seasoned meat. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about and sample some new tasty treats that might add some fun to your holiday meals and parties!
