This is best day to try our raclette service (purchased separately) because for $10 you get to try 4 wines recommended by local sommelier Hassan Rutherford – he’ll describe the wines and why they are each (in their own way) a fantastic pairing with the delicious melted cheese, roasted potatoes, bread, pickles, sour mustard, and fig jam!
